turned to 50 years old. the owner business background : Formerly Sales manager @ Nestle, Malaysia. Food and beverages restaurants @ Nilai.
Every day, 70% of people in Ipoh have to
cross away the restaurants and they do so because our restaurants are known for
serving high-quality, great tasting, and affordable food. Founded in 2016, Yeop’s
KITCHEN is one of the best Restaurants in Ipoh.
Yeop’s KITCHEN are commenced operations at
Ipoh in November 2016 with the opening of its first restaurant at Jalan Dato Maharajalela, Ipoh and
the customer can enjoy the great and healthy and amazing taste of dishes that
we provide.
The Yeop’s KITCHEN is provided mostly south
Malaysian food for those who like the taste. However, our commitment to premium
ingredients, signature recipes, and family-friendly dining experiences is what
has defined in our brand.
Yeop's KITCHEN makes us the shop special and attractive because they have a deep understanding of human psychology, human sensory responses and cultural nuances.
Yeop's KITCHEN had a nice environment and they have some attractive hand craft things inside the shop. The shop also looks very classical style of environment. Its make us we are in different environment and also for the costumers to give a wonderful different environment.

Malaysian food. Especially these foods : Sambal Tumis Petai Udang, Kerabu, Asam Pedas, Ayam Kampung and Gulai Lemak Cilli Padi Daging Salai. These are the foods that make attracts customers to come and buy from this shop.

We choose Yeop’s KITCHEN’S as our assignment reference because this restaurant were suitable for the title of the assignment such design, foods, drinks, facilities, services and environment are very excellent. That we can said owner of Yeop’s KITCHEN were very concern about the customer based on their service and dining system. The recommendation for this restaurant is firstly, the furniture especially the chair their using must be upgrade to be more comfortable for customer and Finally can execute customer loyalty program such as provide membership card to the customer.
